Nicholas Rutland & Helen Zelinski are experienced in Project Management & Administration and will be your key contact throughout the duration of your building project. We manage the building & trades people, architects, designers, & suppliers and take care of the demonstrative tasks such as record keeping, and project book keeping. We report regularly directly to you our client on all matters necessary to the project.
