Le Foulon, located on the outskirts of the picturesque 'Plus Beaux Village' and of Seillans is very secluded and private yet only minutes from Fayence and surrounds. This wonderfully renovated and decorated villa is ideal for a large family with older children and extended family and friends. It equally could be utilised immediately as a Chambre d’Hote / Bed & Breakfast.

Le Foulon can comfortably sleep at least 12 or so people accommodating guests in 3 separate self-contained apartments and 3 additional suites.

When the current owner Interior Designer Brice Gabillot purchased the property it had not been used or inhabited for many years.

What is now the villa was originally the stables to the Seillans Castle and has an interesting history and provenance in the intervening period. Brice completed the renovations and landscaping in 2002. Infrastructure & technologies utilised were all state of the art at this time

Accommodation consists of 3 apartments, 3 bedroom suites, 4 kitchens, 7 bathrooms, 2 shared living spaces, and various ante-room / receptions.
